How do I add money to my prepaid account using Green Dot?

  1. Visit the Prepaid Section at a Green Dot retail location.
  2. Purchase a Green Dot® MoneyPak® for the amount of money you want to add. A Green Dot MoneyPak costs $4.95.
  3. Visit www.getmygreen.com or call 1-800-GreenDot. Enter your 16-digit card number and MoneyPak number (found on the back of the packaging or receipt) to add the money to your card.

When will my money be available?

Your money will be available for use within 15 minutes.
